You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Partial Refunds

Please note that only partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as:
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after purchase.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe. Please be advised that a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover the original freight cost and payment gateway fees that we do not recover.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at [email protected] and send the item to 65 Harper Street, Molendinar QLD 4214.

Shipping Information

To return your product, please mail it to 65 Harper Street, Molendinar QLD 4214. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.
